Horrible experience, I tried to visit as a new patient and rearranged my entire work schedule to be there at a 3:30 p.m. appointment. When I scheduled they told me that was the latest appointment time available. I got there on time and after waiting an hour they tell me she’s running an hour and a half behind. If you know that someone will have to wait 1.5 hours maybe call them and give them a heads up ahead of time so they aren’t sitting there waiting when they could’ve just planned on a later time like they wanted to begin... read more
Dr. Murphy and her staff are fantastic! I've always felt heard and never rushed. She and her MA did their absolute best to calm my nerves about an in-office procedure. They were full of kindness and patience, and I'm so incredibly grateful to have a doctor who listens with care. The front desk staff have also always been friendly, and it's always a good experience coming to this office!
