Came to the ED with non-life threatening, but very possibly life-altering neurological concerns. I did not want to go to the ED, but all advice I got pointed me there - so I was already sensitive about being there. Dr Kent did not help this one bit. She does not seem to fit Mayo’s mantra “the needs of the patient come first”. This is a condescending, arrogant, dismissive, wounded woman that presents as a doctor. She was the worst doctor I’ve ever encountered. She was awkward and bizzare, she creeped me out the way she spoke to me with such wicked/condescending mannerisms. She did not do the right thing for me. Dr. Kylene Kent came across as very unhelpful and spent less than 5 minutes during her visit and I would not recommend her. She has a poor bedside manner and is very unhelpful. Also I was told she accepts my insurance and she does not and sent me a bill for $1500 for less than 5 minutes of her time.
i would describe this doctor as careless, rude, short, arrogant, and bad at her job. I was treated with such disgust by the doctor. I still feel the symptoms I went to the emergency room because of while I sit here and write this. but I'm "fine".
My husband saw her in emergency room and she told him never to come back because she did not have his history to look at. My husband was a doctor for 32 years and the last few months of his life was not good. To be treated so ugly and unprofessional was just not right. Please walk away from getting treated by her!!!!!!
