I absolutely love this dentist! My experience started when I came in needing quite a bit of dental work done. I have been terrified of dentists my entire life, so finding a place where I actually felt comfortable was a huge deal for me. Everyone has been incredibly patient, kind, and understanding, and Terry is always amazing! They never make me feel embarrassed or rushed and have made something I used to dread so much easier. Dr. Bateman is a great dentist, very patient, efficient & effective. I have a bit of a fear about being numb from the local Anastasia. He’s able to make it to where the effects don’t last as long as well as talking me through it. His staff is friendly and helpful as well, I have quite a few issues with my teeth and they’ll treat it like it’s no biggie. It’s why my son already goes there and wife is about to.
