I received the best possible exam with a doctor that addressed my needs thoroughly
Loving both pairs of glasses I got. (Regular glasses and sunglasses) From start to finish, Nik was amazing, helpful & knowledgeable. Appreciated the large selection. I had been to 3 other places to find glasses and this is where I will ALWAYS shop from now on.
Went to pick up my prescription and the main doctor was very condescending while helping me. I’m very disappointed as this is my first time here.
Service was super fast. I just showed my prescription. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They helped me get the best sale possible and went through all available options with me. I have never been to a LensCrafters before just always used Costco. They had so many more options, not just frame wise but options for the actual lenses and how the prescription fits into the lens that I had no idea about. Staff was very knowledgeable. I would definately go back.
