After getting a replacement pair of glasses under my warranty within a few days, a screw in my frames continued to loosen every couple of days. I went in and talked to the manager and sales lady and was told that since my protection warranty was up, there was nothing they could do. This new pair of glasses came with a screw that would not stay tight and basically I was accused of stripping the screw out and told that I should never tighten the screw in my own glasses. I was really excited to visit LensCrafters because my husband had a great experience there with the doctor. Booking was easy, they sent all paperwork ahead of time, and I received a reminder call.
