Dr Hazelwood did both of my hips. Surgery went well and recovery was excellent. He is a wonderful surgeon and I am now seeing him for treatment of my knees. Highly recommend

If you are not a senior citizen, DO NOT go to this doctor! I drove nearly 3 hours to see this doctor who says he agreed to see me as a favor to an existing patient. That patient is a friend of mine and a bit older. He will not help me because I am not old enough. No other reason. He wasted my time and money. This should not be allowed. If you know you will not treat a patient you shouldn't have them make an appointment!
