Excellent. I’ve been going to the Dental Center since 2015.
I had a very poor experience with the billing practices at this office. I was given and signed a treatment plan showing a $0 estimated patient responsibility, which I relied on when agreeing to treatment. I was later billed nearly $600. This is not a minor discrepancy, it is a substantial and unexpected financial obligation. At no point was I informed that I could be responsible for a balance anywhere close to this amount, nor was I advised that coordination of benefits could significantly impact the cost. Had an unplanned need to be seen and was in the office in no time. Back the next morning for treatment and everything is taken care of. The whole team is so caring and kind.
