I have a family member that was told they could no longer go here because they had to cancel two appointments (in total). They tried to reschedule but were told they would have to check to see if they could still see her. Then they mailed a letter indicating they could no longer be a patient there. How impersonable and inflexible! Life happens, things come up. Maybe try having a policy that if you cancel you still have to pay a certain amount if it’s all about your time and money? I always have the most amazing experience here and I prefer to book with the same dental hygienist every time because she actually cares about me. It's such an upgrade from where I used to go. The seats massage you and they are way more thorough with x-rays and cavity checks. They also have a Clear plan there that makes it so I can afford to go to the dentist. Cannot say enough good things about this place!!
