Despite the high ratings, my experience at this office was very different. I gave this dental office multiple chances but ultimately decided to seek care elsewhere because I no longer felt confident in the treatment being provided. My concerns included non-transparent pricing and referrals to both a gum specialist and a root canal specialist that did not seem clearly justified or thoroughly explained. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the kindness that Dr. Stovie and the staff here have shown me over the 15+ years I've been a patient. I have anxiety about going to the dentist, and everyone here has been patient and understanding. Thank you all.
Some of the staff are extremely rude. It is a great disappointment, considering I truly enjoyed the dentists and hygienist. I know they are highly rated. Do not be duped by the number of stars they average!
I have been a patient of The Dental Center for over 20 years. I highly recommend them for their excellent service!
I had a regular cleaning appointment, and received so much more than just what I was there for! First of all my hygienist gave me so much good advice on caring for my teeth in an even better way than I am now. She suggested a product and went so far as to write it down and put it by my purse for me so I wouldn’t forget what it was. I had questions regarding a medication that I take.
