Office support was very helpful when setting up my first appointment. Tracy did the acoustical evaluation and she was very supportive and professional. Interview and evaluation by Dr. Kyle Chambers was also very professional and helpful. He spent an appropriate amount of time with me as we discussed reason for appointment (traumatic head injury a year ago) and possible remedies for resulting hearing impairment. We will "watch" hearing rather than resorting to a hearing aid at this time; follow up appointment in a year.
