Honestly a terrible experience with Dr Scholz, I would never recommend her to anyone. She’s not personable. When she finally does get in the room she talks like a robot with no emotion and as if she’s just repeating some script and she talks fast as if she’s trying to hurry out of the room. What did it for me was when I declined something unnatural and she kept trying to push her view on me and acted like she wanted to challenge me when I told her I wanted to think on it (just so she could leave me alone). I was looking forward to meeting her and talk to her about peri-menopause and my next place in life after children. Knowing menopause is around the corner for me, I was eager to discuss that. She was not interested in getting to know me. I was just another routine pap smear exam and moved on. I think she focuses most of her time and attention to infertility and or pregnant women.

I have only seen Dr. Scholz once but was immediately impressed with her professionalism and sensitivity. I was there because of a growth that was scaring me and she quickly assessed what was needed and made four recommendations, two of which were implemented at that same visit, both of which seem to point to a treatable outcome. The other two tests will be completed within the week with a follow-up appointment to plan treatment. She seemed very nice, not a whole lot of emotion shows in her expressions. My biggest issue was that she rushed through the appointment way too quick. I stopped her walking out to ask her a question. She answered it, then left, so I caught her out in the doctor area to ask my last question.

Dr Scholz was part of the group of doctors in the practice, and ended up being my delivery Doctor, though I only saw her once during prenatal appts. She was so amazing during my delivery, calm and communicated well. Not in a hurry to get that baby out like many other Drs are. This was my 4th delivery, and because of her patience and taking the time to properly stretch the tissue with oils (she used to be a midwife), it was the first time I didn't tear at all! (I have 10 pound babies).

I really was skeptical into looking for a new obgyn since I had been with the same one for 25 years who retired. So Dr. Scholz was my first choice and I couldn't be more happier. She really takes time in any concerns you may have and the office staff is nice and caring. My office results were delivered promptly as they promised.

I came out cruing out pf this obgyn's office. New transfer patient, 11 weeks into pregnancy came on with worries about bleeding. After asking for ultrasound which was at first denied because she only does them after 19 weeks I only got to see my baby for a couples of seconds in the monitor, no print out, no detaining to see anything other than a faint image. She ran some tests which I couldn't even comprehend what for cause though she explains she does so fast there's barely time to process.
