Dr Filips was incredible in helping my wife Pam who was rushed to hospital with almost total loss of motor activity. She had a very severe viral infection that most likely came from mosquitoes. Then infectious disease took over. Dr Filips was the best doctor we have ever encountered in an emergency situation. He saved my wife and was so thorough and kind and took the time to let me know what was going on. He is simply the best.
