What happened to the Doctor pledge of DO NO HARM? My wife had a appointment on the 19th of September 2019 at 1 pm. We arrived early and waited for the office to open. While waiting two other women arrived and at 1:15 the office staff arrived. My wife told her she was there for her 1 pm appointment. The staff stated that her appointment was not until tomorrow the 20th. (It was the 19th. I heard her make it and write it on her calendar).
