My husband and I went for a dentist check and cleaning. I’m the begging of the appointment we told personnel that we want only services which are included in our insurance. They did X-ray without checking if this is covered and then send us a bill. Also I’m on my husband insurance but they billed me for the appointment anyway. My husband is spending so much time talking to them and trying to resolve billing issues because people there especially Erica don’t want to do her job so customers have to work instead of them. Best dentist ever. He has done an awesome job on my teeth. Will not go to any other dentist.
Dr. Lambert is a truly outstanding dentist! He's fast, smart, professional, funny, affordable, and totally current on best practices. His staff is great too, very competent and compassionate. When in The Duke City, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Lambert. Full disclosure: I went to Highland High with the Doc (and even took a SCUBA diving class with him), but remain ruthlessly objective ;)
