Called to make appointment asked if they take Humana which i Always do was told yes we do when i arrived at 8am doctor asked me for insurance card when he saw Humana he asked his receptionist if i was told about Humana she replied Yes he then proceeded to tell me they don't take Humana Told her you told me on phone that you did!! She said no i didnt smiled and walked away Not happy for her incompetence since i drove down from pasco county Doctor was apologetic but she could care less!!!!
