Same situation that the other lady dealt with they only wanted to do X-rays and have been refusing to send our x rays over to us I’ve called at least 50 times and left voicemails haven’t received a call back I even got my insurance involved and still haven’t heard anything back it’s getting to the point I’m about to get a lawyer to access MY health records because not only that but if they don’t send these over to me I can’t get my teeth fixed for another 5 years and my teeth are already in incredible pain.
I went here in April and they only would take MY X-rays. She complained entire time I was there about how the insurance only pays them 20% of their asking rate. I have texted, called, e-mailed and mailed through snail mail request for my X-rays to be sent to another dentist since May 9 and as if today they have not sent them. My insurance also did a 3 way call with them and told them to forward X-rays but still did not. Do not go here horrible service

Dr. pesta and his wife are the nicest people I have ever met and both do a fantastic job the most wonderful dentist I have ever been to!
