I love Dr.Kungsoo he's been my sons Pediatrician, since he was born, my son is now 15yrs old and he's also my little girl's Doctor. Dr. Kungsoo is very attentive and a great doctor to us, he's never disregarded any of my concerns that I bring in with my kids. Front desk Nurse Lily is always super helpful and sweet too with advice.

To be honest I wanted to give him zero star. Unfortunately, my encounters with this doctor have been less than satisfactory. I found his approach to be unprofessional, and his demeanor towards both myself and my child was quite rude. I experienced difficulty asking question during appointments, as Dr Kim did not seem open to addressing concerns and often responded with what I perceived as disapproval. I have seen Dr Kim about 20 years for my children. He has been there all the time with our children’s unique needs. Since we moved to a city 10 years ago, about 20 minutes driving distance away, and with all of my children got grown up, I seldom come to stop by this clinic. However every time I step into this old place for my kid’s immunization update, I feel warm and glad to see the same staffs and Dr Kim’s same friendly way of a little chat and same attitude towards us.
