Dr Kung is an amazing doctor . No nonsense, understanding and brilliant. I was in the hospital and needed a seroma drained . No doctor at 3 hospitals would do it . It grew in size and was very painful . Dr Kung saw it and right away agreed to do it for me . I am very grateful for him .
He is very overbooked. We waited HOURS past our appointment time. He was just patient after patient. It was a mess.
New patient seeing Dr Kung. Very good appointment … I found Dr Kung to be pleasant and thorough. He provided a medication prescription and a couple referrals for testing … one was an MRI. I had an allergic reaction to the medication and left 3 messages with his MA voicemail over a week’s time. No response. Wrote Dr Kung a personal letter … no response. You have got to be kidding me - I just waited over 50 mins in the lobby - really? No clue how long I would have been waiting in the exam room - I left - you aren’t saving lives or delivering babies - figure out how to run your business and have respect for those in your lobby
