he was compassionate, listened to my whole story. made my daughter and myself laugh when i was crying. complimented me on my recovery.
Arrogant, dismissive, does not LISTEN to patient. He does the talking, interrupts, does not review paperwork. Contradicts test results. Saw him for 2nd opinion and follow up to emergency room visit from possible complications/side effects of neurological medication. He was in such a HURRY he told his med. asst. to get out of the room as she was helping me fill out the paperwork he never reviewed. He said he was the expert in pba, take the medicine, don't come back. Spent 12-15min.
Never let my wife speak only spoken to and only half of what she said. Gave misinformation about my tests on file.
