Dr. Kumar is great! They accepted my Amerihealth medicaid and had me go to the Reading location. While the poor guy didnt have a receptionist that day, once he was done with his current patient he got me signed in himself and I was treated great! I had 2 teeth that needed pulled and they scheduled me to come back in only 4 days!! Very happy to have found a new Dentist!
If you are black stay away. The people at this practice are racist. I wasn't the patient but my relative was. There were 2 assistants that looked at me like I was crazy...never spoke...never smiled...walked past me like I was the gum on the bottom of their shoe. Dr Kumar was not much better. He did he same thing. He walked past me at least 3 or 4 times never looking at me or acknowledging me until I ask him if was Dr Kumar. I sure hat that Dr. Petrtyl sold his practice and retired from his Sharonville location. I did not like the new dentist. He blew cold air on my tooth after learning it was very sensitive. I jump out of the chair. Then they saw my husband on 11/7 and this dentist told him he needed a filling, but he hadn't had an x-ray that day. The last time my husband was there for his six month cleaning, Dr. Petrtyl said nothing of the sort and neither did the hygienist. Money grab and insensitive new practice. We will not be returning.
I was very very nervous about getting a tooth pulled. Hygienist was very comforting. Dr Kumar reassured me everything would be ok. Dentist was caring and pulled the tooth very quickly to my surprise.
We had been seeing our previous dentist for over 20 years, so we were a bit concerned when he retired. However, after my visit today with Dr. Kumar, I feel confident that I’m in excellent hands. Dr. Kumar took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I felt cared for. It was also comforting to see familiar and trusted faces still working at the office. Overall, I’m very happy with the transition and feel reassured about continuing my dental care here.
