Excellent service from Dr. Kumar
Dr Kumar is a great doctor but unfortunately the admin staff are ridiculous ! Trying to get a hold of the clinic is absolutely unbelievable I have been at the clinic and witnessed myself how the ladies just let the phone ring rather then answer it ... It honestly makes it so hard to contact the doctor especially when it's urgent !
Dr. Kumar is an outstanding pediatrician . He shows exceptional care, patience, and empathy toward children, making them feel comfortable and at ease during every visit. His thorough approach and genuine concern for his young patients set him apart. As a parent, I truly appreciate his willingness to listen and provide clear, reassuring guidance. Highly recommended .
Waited over one hour for my appointment. Dr Kumar does not understand the meaning of appointments. Completely disregards them, would much rather have chats to people first, and then he will take his appointments. If you book here, be prepared to wait until he finishes socialising before he is able to see you. Such a shame… I thought highly of this place until today. Complete waste of time. Would definitely avoid DR Kumar. Maybe it was a once off occurrence however these situations should not be occurring in professional work... read more
