Crazy poor communication! They didn’t submit the claim to my insurance, and I was unaware of the bill since June 29 last year. I recently found out that I had a $6,800 bill, which was transferred to Debt Collection Consultants. I had to contact both my insurance company and Debt Collection Consultants to resolve the issue.
