I think the girl the receptionist at Dr Reddy office is Rose but I was looking for her to send a referral over to a cancer doctor in Ocala for my left toe and it took her almost 2 weeks to get the transfer over there cuz I called the other doctor every day and they said they have not received it yet It's a shame I still haven't got my electric scooter because the doctor said she would put it in the receptionist never put the order in and my insurance company has never received anything from that doctor's office it's not the ... read more
The worst experience ever. Rose is a joke was waiting for a referral for a gi dr to check for cancer. I mean really this is my life your dealing with. Still no referral after 2 months. Had an appointment on November 18th 2022 Rose still was making excuses for her staff that is a joke they still did not fax over anything to the gi doctor. Her staff and herself were in the wrong but Rose ( she is not a dr) took away my medication without any warning.
