I absolutely love KP! The website convenience is awesome from scheduling appointments to ordering prescriptions! I have never had to wait long and all staff has been so nice. The quick check-in saves time and KP knows how to keep things flowing and convenient!
I had an x Ray here and the technician was great, let me see my x ray and answered all my questions. The optical side of this location is horrific. Horrible customer service, they don’t seem to value there customers. If you come in anytime near closing they remind you several times of that. They don’t really care to help you find frames that fit. I currently have lenses that have so much glare in them it should be illegal to sell them. Hopefully they will fix this issue.
I've had a lot of mixed experiences with this location. Some people who work here have great attitudes and know what theyre talking about, others mean and dismissive. It just depends on the department i guess. Phlebotomists are always always nice here though, never a bad experience there. If you come in for urgent care though you've gotta be dying or completely out of it from being sick to be seen fast.
