I had my first visit with Dr. Krystle Lappinen this morning (9/27/19). I can honestly say that she is one of the most caring doctors I have ever been to see. From the front desk receptionist, to her nurse, the entire staff was very sweet and welcoming. I've had a lot of medical issues over the years, and have seen my fair share of doctors (some who have cared and some who didn't seem to care at all), and Dr. Lappinen took the time to talk to me and REALLY listen. Hands down the sweetest woman I’ve ever met. I had another OBGYN before moving here to Virginia and she doesn’t even compare. She’s extremely caring, explains everything thoroughly and does everything she can to make sure we are taken care of. My husband and I absolutely love her and 100% recommend! She doesn’t rush her visits with us and always answers any concerns we may have. She has also made me so much more confident with having our first baby! And I love love love the office ladies!
Very caring, attentive and gentle.
Dr. Lappenin seemed extremely caring at first. However, as time went on, and I did not respond to treatment she misdiagnosed, prescribed wrong prescriptions, prescribed prescription dosages incorrectly, failed to follow through, and failed to investigate the unresponsive symptoms further.
