I’m very grateful to Krupaben Patel and her staff for taking such great care of my mom during her visit. I wasn’t able to be there with her, so she went to the appointment on her own. Since my mom doesn’t speak or understand English, I was especially thankful that they used an app to help communicate with her and make sure she understood everything.
