Fantastic customer service. Always pleasant and accommodating. You just feel it in an environment thats caring. Highly recommend this office and Dr Hope.
Although I hear wonderful things about Dr. Hope I will not be a patient there due to the rude staff that answer the phones. I’m not talking about all the staff just one in particular. Not sure what her name is, but I feel very sorry for her coworkers to work in such a toxic environment. Extremely unprofessional and I’m sure the doctor doesn’t appreciate her turning patients away.
Dr hope has helped fixed my gum issues. It's been great ever since.

Dr Hope is extremely kind, knowledgeable, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my gum graft procedure. Her bedside manner is excellent. She called the day after my surgery to check in, which I appreciated, and gave her cell number if I ever had any questions. I didn't need to use it, as everything went smoothly and she did a great job of explaining all directions in detail. The staff at the front desk and her technician (Kathy?) were great as well.
