I have very mixed feelings. She was conscientious in following up with me when Dr. Burrows left to go to Orlando and I did have something that needed to be followed up. However, her communication style with me was direct/authoritarian and it gave me a cold feeling, when, in fact, she might just be harried and rushed from the huge patient load that she currently has.
