Rude and obnoxious receptionist. Just calling for a appointment with the doctor was met with a hostile woman who hung up on me and the second time calling hung up again. You get an appointment with any random person available. We changed doctors.
Please send your medical receptionist Gabby back to customer service school, its very unprofessional to not respect a patient wishes. A patient of this facility gave me verbal permission to help make an appointment with your office and she totally overlooked the wishes of the patient.
