Doctors within this group are excellent but this is the worse run practice I have ever seen. You can't ever get a hold of a live person, you are on hold an absurd amount of time then thrown into a voice mail which you may, or may not get a return phone call. Portal messages are also ignored. I retired from the medical field and this is by far the worst run outfit I have ever encountered. If possible I would avoid this practice if you can.
