Dr Lacy, is a very caring person who takes the time to hear what you are feeling. And she explains what is going on with my foot and ankle, so I can understand.
I didn't even get in the door. They have a check in 15 minutes before your appointment. I arrived 7 minutes late for that check in, but 8 minutes before my appointment. They canceled me. Any reason to not help a person. The office used to be on the second floor. I went up there. By the time I found the new location, I was late. No do overs. Dr. Lacy, you and your office staff suck..
