In this era of speciality medicine and a shortage of doctors, my appt was quick and definitive with a treatment plan and follow-up that’s clear and concise. Being an anxious patient, I asked for reassurance that my problem was easily resolved and Dr Sieberling was accommodating. All staff were very kind and very efficient. The days of appointments with a lot of hand holding are gone but replaced with science and efficiency are much appreciated.

Waste of time and money. The door says ENT, Loma Linda says she is an ENT, the bill for $240 said ENT, but the appointment ended with "you should make an appointment to see an actual ENT". But hey, according to the insurance, even though they agree I never should've been scheduled to see this doctor the doctor has every right to bill me just for walking into the office and checking in. The appointment btw, was maybe... MAYBE 5 minutes, the whole time she kept checking her watch like I was taking up her time.

Ended up getting a second opinion, first appointments felt rushed ..wasn't really concerned about how I felt even thought I told her I get severe headaches and what I have is chronic sinusitis ( already had surgery once) she said see you in six months there's nothing concerning.
