My son was referred to Dr. Heuermann and we had a phone consult only. I was hoping for a second opinion after having a negative experience with another provider at her clinic. Instead of being open to our lived experience and my son's current needs she spent a lot of energy defending her clinic and doctors. Dr. Heuermann has always been helpful for all diagnosis for all 3 of my kids. She is strait forward and listens to what my kids & I have to say. I have never received a false diagnosis and she has always returned my call on the few occasions I’ve called.
Dr. Heuermann doesn't contact her patients back when you call her and/or the office with a medical question....whether you should go in the office or not to be seen. Her staff does not return the call either so basically you're left in limbo.
