Last week I had another appointment at another location, it was a 50 minute drive one way. Upon checking in, I was notified I'd have to reschedule, the AC was not working. Noone could call me to inform me of this earlier?!? I made another appointment this week at a different location 25 minutes drive. We were in and out so quick. Dr Alves saw my granddaughter.
