Dr Engle was a truly wonderful fit for my daughter when she was in her tween and teen years and struggling with anxiety and some depression. She is so gently engaging, and so compassionate.
Comfort. Dr. Engel's approach to mental health is comfortable and familiar. She meets her clients where they are then walks alongside them to where they hope to be. It's an amazing process that she's honed over years of careful research and training. I've had the opportunity to work with her over an intense year and all of my kids grew from her expertise. Despite living hundreds of miles away from her new private practice, I highly recommend her for any child or family going through difficult times and wanting to grow.
