I love Dr. Sikes. I have been seeing her for 10+ years. She is so wonderful. I really appreciate how caring she is. She really listens and wants to help. She has some really kind staff too. The medicine is sent before you leave her office so you know it's at the store. Sometimes there are tiny blips but who doesn't have them. Go see her! She really is great. ~HB
Incredible. After making an appointment with Dr. Sikes last week and having the time changed with out my knowledge, showing up there with both kids and having to reschedule, I was just stood up by the doctor on my second appointment after waiting for an hour and a half. I waiting and was told she should be with me any minute, and then after patiently waiting, was told by her admin that she had and ‘emergency’ she had to run out of office for. I highly discourage anyone from coming to this practice. Sikes Psychiatry is an absolutely chaotic operation. Every single time I went to an appointment, I was subjected to excessive wait times of two to three hours. When I finally did see the doctor, her bedside manners were awful, showing a complete lack of empathy and care. To make matters worse, their billing and insurance practices are incredibly misleading. I've seen Dr Sikes for many years now and shes always been a great dr. Has there been bumps in the road at times, yes but thats normal and its handled and its never been enough to find a different Dr. I'm genuinely greatful for her and Lana. She has never rushed thru an appointment I've always felt like I could talk to her and she genuinely listens and remembers. Didn't see a problem with my 27 yr old issues coming here. Only came because bad experience elsewhere and against my judgement, I pay for visits.
