I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes

Yes, it's usually postponed at least a week Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
