This doctor makes appointments for many patients at the same hour, the waiting room is too small that you have to wait outside in your car, the waiting time is ridiculously long, I am talking about many hours, this happened to me in every single appointment but the worst part is the service. Very unprofessional. For her you are not a person, you are just a number that pays her bills.

If I could give Dr Kristi Sikes a negative score for the way she runs her practice, I would. The wait times are beyond unacceptable. I've waited more than 2 hours several times, with 3 hours being the longest. The extremely long waits are consistent and have been for years. This is a complete lack of consideration and respect for her patients, void of basic common courtesy, and I can only attribute her train wreck of scheduling to greed, incompetence, or more likely, a combination of the two.

3 hour wait times and charged twice for appointment I rescheduled well in advance with no resolution. Check her Google reviews everyone says the same. 2.0 rating from 50 people

If I could give zero stars, I would. She is in this business for the wrong reasons, and it's NOT to help patients coming to her for help with anxiety and PTSD like myself. From day 1, appointments are a joke. You call at your appointment time to see how far behind she is and they tell you a new time. Every. Single. Time. Recently, I was charged a no show fee.
