She ghosted me when my family called to notify her. I was in crisis and when I texted her to notify her, I was in crisis. She waited three weeks before she sent me an email that simply said you’ll need to make an appointment. What the heck do you think I’ve been trying to do for three weeks? Because she couldn’t be bothered to contact me. I ended up in the hospital for four days and then she had the nerve to bill me for reading my text message and replying to it. Thanks but no thanks.

Dr. Sikes is very good at figuring out what medication you need. And because she’s not scooting everybody out the door but getting to know her patients, you may, and should expect a wait. She’s worth it! When your time comes you’ll receive the same attention. I suggest until your satisfied with your medication you should specifically ask for your appointments to be with Dr Sikes. Seeking help for my teen daughter who is coping with depression and anxiety, we visited this office many times over an 8 month period. All visits were in-person except for the very last appointment - it was virtual and Dr. Sikes did not show up. Staff is rude, billing errors, prescription errors, no promptness and quick to charge extra if parents have questions about their minor child's treatment. Read all of the reviews here and at other sites before engaging this business.

I saw Dr. Sikes once, but that was because she was training a new psychiatric nurse practitioner. I saw various psychiatric nurse practitioners the other times. In result, there was no continuity in my care, I was asked questions I had already answered for someone else. My last appointment I was kept waiting a long time. I work full-time and needed to get back to work. They were happy to take my money before the appointment, but it's been well over a month and I have yet to get my refund.

First, I’d been going to this practice for four years, so this information is not based on one visit. But today I’d finally had enough.Every negative review you’ve read in all the bad reviews is absolutely true.You will wait for a very long time to be seen.You will most likely not see Dr. Sikes after first visit.Their insurance billing is messed up and they cannot seem to get it right.Their “Operations Manager” is a joke and rude.They will try to take advantage of you and make you pay for appointments you didn’t make or say ... read more

I only saw her once after that it was different Physican Assistants some of whom barely asked a question and seemed like I was a bother to be there.

Just read a few comment about #drkristisikes and you'll see a trend: the majority of her patients all have the same completely unprofessional, miserable experience.Get ready to wait for hours and hours, every visit; expect prescriptions to run out and for her and her staff to ignore calls from you and your pharmacy (who will also fax her office in addition to calls) for literally, weeks. Dr. Sikes is wonderful. She listens to your concerns very carefully then has suggestion.
