Very unprofessional I felt bullied , when I raised some concerns about the assessment forms that I was told not to complete the last section of forms only she demanded that I complete the last section After a brief discussion with her she said she didn’t like my tone and asked me to leave the office Then she demanded the forms that were completed, grabbed my arm and tried to take them away from me I suffered a head injury (concussion) in a motor vehicle accident and this is how I got treated Unbelievable
Very invasive, not very professional conducts via a zoom. Information that is completely unrelated to a psychological or neurological assessment. Like spouses last name Kids spouse age etc. Found her very inappropriate in her candor. She complained about one sound even though she is not in person.
