I've been with Dr. Kaneko for many years. She's personable, helpful and knowledgeable.
Just horrible.
Dr. Kaneko is great. I've been seeing her for years and continue to be impressed with her vast knowledge and good bedside manner.

I can't recommend this LensCrafters location. I waited 25 minutes for a simple prescription lens adjustment before asking why the delay. I was told they had scheduled two 3:00 p.m. appointments and that I would be seen afterward, which could mean waiting up to 45 minutes longer. What surprised me most was being told they don't inform waiting customers when appointments are double-booked and that who gets seen first is essentially random (even though I arrived 20 minutes early).
