Exam and people were great but took almost three and a half hours from start to finish
Displeased no onsite Dr. And eas not told till the day of appointment. Could not get a full exam, dialation not done, cause no onsite doctor.
Great service
Overall a good experience. Staff was and always has been pleasant and helpful. However I’m not a fan of the digital doctor visit. Very awkward and uncomfortable speaking with a doctor on a video screen while one of the technicians stayed in the room to operate the video system and optical instrument.
Really liked the idea of a digital exam went really well
