This company installed a different brand system to replace my heat pump and indoor unit. The crew arrived late and didn't finish the job on time as promised. They didn't bother to keep my building clean and neglected to cover high traffic areas. The house was left in a mess, despite it having been thoroughly cleaned just before they started, which was a standard they failed miserably to uphold. Maxwell and Howard were utterly disappointing! Maxwell's explanation and assurance were useless. They were rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate. They left the job area in a horrendous condition. I will discourage people from hiring Maxwell, Howard, and this company in the future.

Howard and Maxwell were a disaster. They were unwilling to explain to me what they were doing and their findings. They seemed inexperienced and unprofessional. They disrespected my property and dismissed my questions about resolving my plumbing issue. Unfortunately, I also met Christopher, the supervisor, who was equally unprofessional and he failed to provide suggestions to prevent future plumbing problems. This company provided the worst service I've ever experienced.

Christopher was a real disappointment. He didn't bother to call before arrival and showed up way past the scheduled time. I had several jobs for him to manage, but he left me in the dark all day and overcharged for his services. His representation of this company was poor. I will avoid them in the future.

the plumbers devin and christopher were absolutely inefficient (even when they had the right parts initially). they couldn't answer my simple questions and were impatient with me. i regret hiring both of them. i don't usually like to discuss positive incidents, but my mother and i had plumbing work done about a week apart and our salesperson from this company over promised and under-delivered. he ordered the right parts for me but still managed to botch the job. he's a terrible guy who clearly doesn't know his work and maybe... read more
