Dr Kristappa Sangavaram, MD double charged me $1,000. He charged me and my medical insurance company for the same injection of a steroid. Sometimes he uses the last name "Sangdidram", other times he uses the last name "Sangavarian" and other times he uses the last name "Sangavaram". He told me not to tell the other anesthesiologists but I did and I told the insurance company.
