While the actual exam and appointment were great and the dentist was thorough and kind, I was very disappointed to later learn that my insurance was out of network. I specifically called ahead to confirm that my insurance would be accepted and was told it was in network (this was the whole reason I switched to this practice as my previous dentist informed me that my insurance was no longer accepted - they had the courtesy to call me prior to my appointment to inform me of this so I wouldn't be stuck paying for service out of... read more
