I have called many, many times but to no.avail. First of all, you can't hear the receptionist voicemail because all you hear is loud scratching noises. This needs to be reported. There is a serious problem with the phones connection and I only pick out a voicemail. No one picks up. This is ridiculous!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Doctor Sharma today. Best Doctor I have seen by far! I may have only spent an hour in his office however leaving I knew I was in great hands. He is very punctual and ethical. He knows what he is talking about and very warn hearted and caring. Most doctors I have seen just want to get on to the next patient and get there day over with but with Dr. Sharma, it was the exact opposite. Dr Sharma is a great Doctor... A young woman working in his office is not so great. After an altercation with her speaking to me in a condescending manner, I emailed my document to the office. That was August 2021. I JUST got my referral to another specialist on January 4th, with my appointment in March 2022. So this person BURIED my file for 5 months... Dr Sharma wanted to see that document the next day last August... Very childish unprofessional..

Three times X-rays of my lungs and complains about my violent coughs were ignored by Krishna Sharma's (note the omission of Doctor title!) until one of his interns (a tall intelligent gentleman) suggested a CT scan and other tests which found a 30 mm nodule on lower right lobe of my lung which later biopsy showed it was NSCLC (Non Small Cell Lung Cancer). If Sharma had sent me for those tests earlier, the cancer cells wouldn't have been metastasized to my bones! My family and I paid very dearly with my health since 2014.
