I had gotten several injections from Dr. Wheeler putting off the inevitable knee replacement. When I decided that I should not wait any longer, I contacted Dr. Wheeler and he scheduled the surgery. Having had my other knee replaced about 15 years previous, I kind of knew what to expect. I am pleased to report this procedure was far easier than my first one. I had a wonderful experience in surgery with Dr. Wheeler and his staff. Was new to the area and knowing I needed shoulder replacement a friend told me of the best surgeon for the job. Dr Wheeler certainly was that . He explained exactly what procedure he would be doing and what I should expect. 14 weeks after my surgery I have no pain and have been able to complete all tasks. I can’t thank Dr. Wheeler enough for making my life so much better. He and his staff are truly amazing.
Dr. Wheeler is awesome! My knee had been pretty bad for a while. He walked me through the replacement process, answered every question like it was the first time he heard it. Thanks to him, I am now pain free. He and his staff are stellar. I so highly recommend them! P.S. If you want, he'll even have pictures taken of your new knee during surgery. Totally fascinating!
I’m very happy with the progress my knee replacement has made in only two months. I highly recommend Dr. Wheeler and the PT team located at his practice. Dr. Wheeler listened to my concerns and addressed them with a calming reassurance.
My 91 year old MIL had hip replacement surgery after several years of constant severe pain. Dr. Wheeler did an amazing job. She is doing wonderful. I would definitely check with his office if you are suffering to see if you are a candidate for surgery.
