I have VERY sensitive teeth and previous dentists had given up on me and cemented my crowns on improperly causing continued pain and the crowns to come off. It took over a year to chew on the left side of my mouth and the crown came off. Dr. B took the time to go slowly and shape the tooth properly so I wouldn't continue to have problems with my crown.
