They have literal notice posters in the office to allow 2-3 hours for an appointment. I understand last minute emergencies can happen. But if it ALWAYS takes 2 to 3 hours from the appointment time, then it’s an issue from the office’s end or doctor’s. At this point what is the point of an appointment time? All my life I’ve been used to waiting for a couple hours but the receptionist told another patient that it will take a minimum of one more hour, after acknowledging they already waited an hour and 40 minutes. First time patient. Arrived on time for 3:15 pm appointment. Told me I would be seen by the doctor in 2-3 hours. When my jaw dropped, front desk lady was condescending and informed me "that's the way it is." When I said easy for you to casually drop that information on someone, when there is no respect for the clients time, who was given this appointment time, showed up on time, and expects to be seen in a reasonable time period. If you have an appointment and you show up on time... so should they. Sitting in the waiting room for hours because they made too many appointments seems to be common here.

I usually never post reviews, but after my appointment with Dr. Kranemann I was left feeling dehumanized and patronized. First, after waiting 3 and half hours, I was the last patient and the doctor forgot I was there. He did not acknowledge me at all when he came into the examination room. I was told immediately by Dr. Kranemann multiple times within the span of maybe 7-10 minutes to lose weight.
