As far as the doctor is concerned, he is one of the best in Toronto. I was really worried when I paid a cash payment of three thousand dollars for each eye, but delighted to see the results which showed me a new world and eliminated glasses. I am still thankful to him. I also reimbursed the money by not using glasses. But, as the workers are concerned l don't feel the same, because they mixed up my health card with someboy and called me home to blame me and to correct it very Funny 🤣
Unfortunately, wait times are consistently very long—often several hours. It’s unclear why scheduling is so poorly managed, especially since patients are usually seen by associates rather than Dr. Kranemann himself. Other clinics handle this much more efficiently. Respect for patients’ time seems lacking.
I just got a call to confirm my laser eye surgery. Funny this was to be a referral but they went ahead and scheduled me for surgery without ever seeing me... Doesn't seem right to me
Guy should be out of business for negligence. Staff is also negligent. Doesn’t reach out, makes changes and recommendations and does not notify the patient. I would be waiting for a whole year for them to reach out had I not gone in person and found out they had rejected my urgent referral and notified nobody but the doctor at the emergency department.
