I usually never post reviews, but after my appointment with Dr. Kranemann I was left feeling dehumanized and patronized. First, after waiting 3 and half hours, I was the last patient and the doctor forgot I was there. He did not acknowledge me at all when he came into the examination room. I was told immediately by Dr. Kranemann multiple times within the span of maybe 7-10 minutes to lose weight. I understand that this place services other hospitals and that is not predictable. I understand that your eyes take 30-60 minutes to dilate. I do not understand how review after review mentions this and nothing has been done to fix these ridiculous 2+ hour wait times. You can create better and more efficient systems if you actually care, as opposed to overbooking. For example, don't overbook to the point where you have a full house at almost 8pm. My father had cataract surgery in both eyes and was also dealing with retinal detachment in both eyes. For some time, he would experience episodes of significant vision loss several days each month, but despite consulting nine different specialists, we were unable to find the underlying cause. Thankfully, we were referred to Dr. Kranemann, who was able to identify the issue that others had been unable to diagnose.
