The older receptionist uses racial whistles when she is asked questions she can't answer outside the script. When her condesending approach did not land well, she proceeded to go racial and say "I don't like your tone" when she was the one raising her voice. The docs and technicians were nice. And don't look to the somewhat younger one receptionist there, no backbone! when she can clearly see her older counterpart was wrong! Do better! Such horrible service and extremely long wait time. I went for my follow up and it tooks almost 4+hrs before the Dr. saw me, and he didn't even stay long to ask questions. They overbook patients and keep patients waiting for hrs on end. Never coming back here again
As far as the doctor is concerned, he is one of the best in Toronto. I am thankful to him always.. He made me to see a different world even without glasses. But, sorry I don't feel the same with his employees..
This is completely unacceptable. My 61-year-old mother had an appointment scheduled for 6:45 PM, and by 8:06 PM she was still sitting there waiting — over an hour and twenty minutes late with no accountability or respect for her time. If you can’t manage your schedule, stop overbooking. Patients are not placeholders to be stacked in a queue while you scramble to catch up. As far as the doctor is concerned, he is one of the best in Toronto. I was really worried when I paid a cash payment of three thousand dollars for each eye, but delighted to see the results which showed me a new world and eliminated glasses. I am still thankful to him. I also reimbursed the money by not using glasses. But, as the workers are concerned l don't feel the same, because they mixed up my health card with someboy and called me home to blame me and to correct it very Funny 🤣
