As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. My wife was a patient of Dr. A's as a child. She wanted to use him for our daughter. He is such a happy, supportive doctor. Our newborn has been very calm around him. We're thrilled to have a local pediatrician who is so good with us and our daughter.
