Honestly the first time I had rhinoplasty with Dr Tarashansky I was not happy with the results my nose was still wide and I had asked him why and he said he never broke the bone completely and in my head I’m like why. I’m giving 2 stars because he did do a revision for me but I should have known better. My nose is still wide there is no lift to my tip and the tip is still bulbous!
