I have been going to Dr Tanphachitr for many years. He is a good and caring, compassionate doctor. His office staff is nice too. I would recommend him.
Just called trying to schedule an appointment as a new patient and whomever answered was very dismissive. Do better!
Called to schedule an appointment with a Rheumatologist and everyone has been so rude. I have had records sent over 3 times now and they are saying they still don’t have them. As an African American woman o guess my health doesn’t count. No one seems to care. I have been bounced around to so many different places and still no help, no appointment.
