I beg to differ on the past reviews , just had an appointment and had a hard time locating this place but the front rep. Guiding me through till I got there , very patient , and very thankful for her . Dr Chowdary was overall pretty straight fwd , very informative. 10/10
Horrible front office staff!!! My first (and last) time there. The place is dirty when you walk in, then you are cmpletely ignored by the staff and when they to acknowledge you, it is with rudeness, I am specifically referring to the Indian woman that does the billing, she is horrible! It was so bad for me that I walked out and did not even see the doctor, needless to say, I will not be going back
Worst doctor in history. I’ve seen plenty of specialists outside of the city and live in and Dr. Chowdary refused to treat my mother because “she didn’t reside in McAllen and it was malpractice”. Office staff are incompetent because they were very aware that we were coming from out of town and still took an appointment. It was a waste of time and money. Do not recommend anyone visiting this doctor and I will be reporting him to the medical board for refusal to treat a patience.
