The staff at this clinic is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made my visit very comfortable and reassuring,
Clean, well-organized clinic with friendly staff. They made me feel confident after getting my braces off, and their pricing was actually better than other orthodontists I looked into! However, the wait times are ridiculous. If I’m given a specific appointment time, why am I waiting 1–2 hours to be seen? On top of that, they messaged me the wrong appointment time twice, which added more confusion and wasted time. The care is good but the scheduling needs serious improvement.
